We at The Willows Home & Hospital have a very special task, that of providing a  ‘home away from home’ for people who are unable to look after themselves.

Each person in our home is an individual who has a need for a creative activity, privacy and companionship.

The residents are consulted and encouraged to make choices about their own health and welfare.

The Willows Home & Hospital provides long term hospital level care, short term respite care, and palliative care.

We care for people who require assistance looking after themselves.

Privately owned and managed, we’re closely involved in the day to day operations of The Willows, and are totally committed to providing quality care and service within an encouraging and cheerful environment.

We want our residents to feel The Willows is their home and they are encouraged bring personal items that make them feel at home.

Our emphasis is on maintaining a strong sense of dignity and independence for all our residents with varying physical or intellectual challenges.

We believe that all care and service must be delivered with compassion, professionalism and empathy.

We encourage a high level of wellness by maintaining a caring and stimulating environment.

The Willows is easily accessible to family and friends with a bus route close by and an easy walk to the Otahuhu shopping centre, churches and various senior citizens clubs.
